It is strongly recommended that all team Managers attend these meetings
Forms & Support
IN-SEASON FORMS: Travel Permits, Sanctions & Game and Practice Changes
- Exhibition Game Sanction Application: Required to host an exhibition game
- Tournament Sanction Application: Required to host a tournament
- Travel Permit Application: Required to travel to another province or the USA to play in a tournament or exhibition game
- Game & Practice Change Request Form: Required to change an HRI allocated (entered) game or practice. For games the HOME team must submit the form.
UPON TEAM FORMATION
- Team Official & Team Management Form: Required to be completed as soon as the team is formed.
- Criminal Record Check Volunteer Letter: Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Checks must be completed by all registered team officials (anyone on ice or on bench) by November 15th.
TEAMLINKT RESOURCES & SUPPORT
- Check In Procedure "How To": Head Coaches or Managers (Team Admins) will support digital game sheets by "checking-in" players online prior to each game.

Matching goalie grant program
Hockey Regina is excited to announce the new Goalie Development Match Grant Program for the 2025-26 season! Hockey Regina is providing up to $175.00 for every U13 – U15 team to support funding specifically for goalie instruction and development.
HOW IT WORKS:
If a team spends $350.00 or more on goalie development or instruction Hockey Regina will provide a grant in cheque form to the team up to a maximum of $175.00. If a team spends less than $350.00 the provided grant will simply be half the amount spent by the team.

GRANT REQUIREMENTS:
Hockey Regina is diligent in ensuring quality instructors are being utilized for the grant program and therefore all instructors must be an approved vendor. Hockey Regina will be working directly with the goaltending instructors and vendors in monitoring the grant program and funding utilized. Approved goaltending vendors are listed below. Instructors are NOT limited to this list of vendors. If you have a goaltender instructor you would like to work with, please have them email Amanda Hungle at ahungle@hockeyregina.ca
