If you have or will be moving to Regina and your child/children have played hockey elsewhere, then Hockey Regina will need to request a transfer.
All transfer requests require proof of residency (in the legal guardians name/names) before the transfer can be processed.
*Your child's registration will be put on hold until the Proof of Residency and the accompanying documents have been received by our Registrar.*
Please fill out and return the Proof of Residency and include at least 2 of the documents listed on the form. Monetary figures and other personal information which does not pertain to the address can be blacked out. Scans or photo copies only, no photos (jpgs.)
Once that is all received we can then proceed with the transfer.
